The amount of people I've met who spent all their time working long hours for a high paid job/earn more money only to reflect it was wasted time especially when it comes to family is unreal .

Hate jobs when they say ' basic pay is low but..... you get as much ot as you want'

No thanks, I prefer I higher basic wage so I don't live to work, YOLO I want that time with my family and being outside of work doing things I enjoy.
