Work email solution

Hi guys,

I currently pay a company to host and maintain my website seperate from my email which is below. ( I cannot get the website host to do my email )

I have one main business email address i use.

I currently pay for hosting to 123-reg to get my emails, they come to my PC via outlook and my mobile via a email app.

The problem is none of them are synced so what i send from my mobile stays from my mobile, and on my pc stays on my pc. I get more and more junk email now and while outlook is good, it ends up in my inbox on my mobile etc.

My 123-reg hosting is due to end early January and I wish to do something better. Does exchange offer a sync? I assume the emails sent to my pc are downloaded to the pc.

Please help me, whats the best solution

yes pop 3, it was this or imap or whatever its called

Thanks for your replys, just noticed you cant be far from me.

I dont think i have a server with 123 reg and also 123 reg is £100 odd quid a year i think.

IS exchange any good? office 365 perhaps

Its a long story why and how but Its cheaper to buy web hosting from them than it is email. And the web hosting is that much and comes with email.

Only one and that's me. I do have info@ sales@ etc but not hugely fussed for them
