I've been asked to work say Tuesday next week 6-12 and now manager changed it to 6-10. Can they do this?
OK but are you doing at least 16 hours next week with this change?
So even with the change you are still working 16 hours, so I assume the two hours (6-10 instead of 6-12) would have been overtime?
As long as you get your contracted hours I don't think you can do anything.
