Hellllooo everyone. Need alota help here av been going to gym now for 6 months now i have put on good muscle n lost good weight but i know im not that good on my diet which is hindering me a lot. So i have read up on macros etc. i have never weighed food or tracked calories. So i have got a food scale and goin to track them etc. basically the goal is i have fat right at the bottom of stomach and want to get rid of that. I am about 5ft10. Weigh about 75kgs. I was wondering if anyone knew what my maintenance would be. And what it should be for losing fat and what my macros should be. I forgot to mention i do weight training 5 times a week. Any help would be great. Thanks a lot

When you say you want to get rid of fat at the bottom of your stomach, you can't. You can't spot reduce fat.

Try reading Neil McTeggart's Diet Plan.

Read the sticky. It should give you some insight. For you it's essentially the diet (along with training) which will reduce your BF, which will in turn reduce far around stomach. Unfortunately spot reduction doesn't happen. You have to reduce your overall BF.
