That's the probability of matching the jackpot numbers.
The probability of winning needs to include other factors, such as what constitutes winning.
The expected value of winning (how much you can reasonably expect to win for every pound played, for example) needs to include factors such as number of players, the distribution of prizes, rollovers etc...
It's not even close, with those kinds of odds if everyone in the uk played the lottery wednesday and saturday there would be a jackpot winner on average once every 2 years!
