workplace harrassment?

Each day at work we receive mails stating if we dont follow certain procedures "the disciplinary procedure will be enforced" or "if you don't do this you will get disciplined" lol

It's used for all sorts from security issues to not emptying the bins

Now I was wondering is this allowed, does it fall into harrassment at work or something? Just seems a bit wrong to me.

malef!c you've defo hit the nail on the head. Their looking to get rid of a few peeps. They were talking about making a few redundant a few weeks back and are now starting to push on this disciplinary thing.

I was just unsure asto whether they can actually threaten you with disciplinary action.
