Workstation Graphics Card Reqd for 4K

I have been offered a Phillips 40" 4K monitor at a very appealing price. This will be used primarily for general workstation use, I have a alternate PC dedicated to gaming.

My motherboard does not have Display Port, only HDMI which on this screen would render at 30HZ. For me to get to 60HZ at 4K resolution, I would need to buy a new graphics card that is Display Port 1.2 compatible.

Ideally I would prefer not to spend hundreds of pounds, but 1-200 would be ok. I figure as there would be no gaming I could get a lower spec card, even at 4K?

Any recommendations appreciated.

If you're willing to spend up to £200, just get a 950 and be done with it, that way you have both HDMI2.0 and DP1.2.

It's the cheapest card out there with HDMI2.0

I was looking at the EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB for around £100, but more than happy to pay £40-50 extra for a much better card like the 950.
