Thats because they are a team which always somehow ups their game a notch when tournaments come around. Italy are kind of the same. They go for years looking normal, soon as a tournament comes round they somehow find another gear and reach the final. Its something that we just dont have, England plays pretty much the same in tournaments as we do out of tournaments, we just dont seem to have that extra notch to go up to.
