Unlucky for Cameroon going out like that but if they had played anywhere close to what they played tonight in their first game then they would still be in with a shout.

Dont think Denmark deserved to win that from what i saw...i saw a much better attacking cameroon and Denmark got lucky with some slack defending by Cameroon.

Anyhow great game though, one of the better games so far.

Was good, Bendtner, for an injured guy who ran around during half time to stop his muscle siezing was immense, scored one, superb pass for the other, but in all but a few times his hold up play, rentention passing was fantastic. Really the only time Denmark kept the ball for more than a few seconds and managed to get up the field was when Bendtner held it and made the right passes.

Denmarks central midfield is completely non existant though, and Thomason is being picked for sentimentality, slow, poor finishing from a couple great chances, slow, let everyone past him. Cameroon had entirely no trouble getting to outside Denmarks box but couldn't get a decent finish. Surprising that with Eto'o on the pitch they look completely unable to hit the target, with the goal and the next best chance coming from horrific defensive mistakes. Denmark even while being dominated in terms of posession and territory should have been 2-0 with a comftable final 20 mins, can't believe Cameroon look soo poor in front of goal with the amount of chances they created.

Really good game, nice tempo to it. Bendtner's goal was a decent move, he seems to be getting better from his groin injury. Nice to see Alex Song as well, even nicer to see him come home and rest.

2 good games on tonight...Denmark vs Japan...should be a corker hopefully...but it will probably end up a draw :/

And you got the Dutch vs Cameroon...hopefully another good one with the Dutch easing past them....surprised Robben hasnt featured, the dutch definitely miss him i think with his cutting runs into the box or outside the box.

Denmark / Japan definately a game that needs an early goal.... but as you say its the decider so should be good.

Dutch probably put out the stiffs and Cameroon will want some pride, these games can go either way. 4-4 or just turn up, clap the crowd, go home.

Denmark need a win tonight and Japan don't score many goals, I think Japan will just park the bus and hope to nick something on the break/from a set piece.

All I know is the Dutch better ****ing win or I'll run at a massive loss today and pretty much eat up all the winnings I had so far in the tournament :p

Hehe i have all my winnings on Spain to win tommorrow...save some for the Ivory Coast and some for tonight as well...but i have this feeling that im going to distinctly skint by tommorrow night as Chile are going to give Spain a hard time...

Not liking the Spain/Chile odds. Need to punt big on Spain to make decent wedge. IF the Dutch win tonight I'll be up around £278 and I really fancy a ton on England v Germany for us to win. Foolhardy?

Yeh neither am i but gonna take the punt and see what happens...its a must win game for Spain so i expect Chile to sit back and defend and try to catch the Spanish out on a counter....Spain need to score a very early goal then just move on from there.

The Dutch game is a bit more harder to call as they are already through...well more or less they just need a draw and they go through whereas Cameroon are out and will only be playing for pride i suppose..but they could pull of a shock win if the Dutch arent on their toes.

As much as i would love to see England beat Germany i cant see it happening...checking betfair it seems like England are slight faves lol...so i might put a cheeky £100 on Germany to win and see what happens...games are getting harder to call though...i just didnt expect Paraguay to play like utter rubbish today against NZ and lose me a stack of money but im skint by end of the weekend then thats it...im not going to bother betting anymore...i already put £100 into my betfair account so im still up £150 which isnt too bad i suppose.
