Holy ****:eek: God damn those Argies are something else, ok ok granted the serbs werent that good but the way the argies ripped them to shreds was awesome.
I really do feel for any team that has to play them next, they are on a rampage...odds on favourites to win the WC???, i wouldnt be surprised if they are or will be. Definitely with this performance have taken over Brazil as being the faves for the WC. Im hoping the Brazilians can put a better performance in against the Aussies, just to let Argentina know that they are still around.

Messi was awesome and same with Riquelme....if england have to play Argies then i see england having a very very hard time against them....

Won me another £800 so im happy, very happy :p:D \o/

Not 100% sure but i think they could meet in semis.
Pretty sure that IF we win the group,and IF we keep winning,we can avoid Argies til the final.Come 2nd in the group and we'll run into them in the QFs :eek: :(

doesnt matter who argentina play...

with their squad and the way they are setup... they are just looking too good.

sven has got to sort the balance in our team out or we are going home.

The FIFA rankings are a joke tbh, FIFA needs to work out a different scoring method so the USA & Mexico dont get the same number of points from beating some tiny Central American country as England, Spain etc get from beating decient European teams.

What a team, what a performance, what great football that was. All of you guys saying its only serbia and montenegro need to wake up...they are better than Paraguay/ T & T. People who say i wish England could play like that...they cant and they never will because there is no dynamic in the team and it is too risky for sven to allow anything like that to happen. I really want England to win but they play toilet football compared to that.

Brasil watch out cos the Argies are far better (so far!)

I was only picking up on the fact that you've given them the world cup before they've played any of the top sides.

not literally i didnt.

am just over reacting my initial feelings after the game.. which are.. omg.

of course they havent played the best teams yet.. but just the way they have played so far suggests they can go all the way.

obviously from an english point of view its very alarming considering we have no organisation in midfield or attack at present.
 
holland vs ivory coast

i'm going for a 2-0 ivory coast win. hollands midfield will get over-run quite easily vs IC's midfield, if they play 4-3-3 again.

Thats OK, we already know the extent of your footy knowledge.

There was a reason Brazil were the favourites and England were joint second favourites along with the argies.
