they were beaten by a fluke? the goal was a fluke, but they did nothing the second half, and you know it. :)
 
Unlucky for Australia. They had a good chance of a big upset. Brazil played fairly normal, nothing special. It was that goal just after half time that took the edge of Australias game. Good game all round.

Hope you lot downunder have a cracker against Croatia.. come on you socceroooooooosss??!!!!!!two

I think in their next game, if they leave chubby on the bench they should beat Japan. Which will leave Aus and Croatia both on a point, duking it out for the final qually spot.

Eh? Aus have 3 pts, Croatia 1, so all Australia need is a draw to go through (assuming Japan lose, draw, or win by not enough to beat Australia on goals).

Goals won't matter I don't think. Unless I'm mistaken aren't they taking results against one another before GD? Meaning a draw would take Oz through no matter what.
