World In Conflict Crashing ?

Hi All

Can anyone advise what is matter with WIC it keeps locking up and rebooting my system after about 20 mins playing time.
I tried latest nvidia drivers and the beta ones too still the same , my card is 8800 ultra running on vista 64. :mad:

do u have graphical glitches ?
yes? then try different drivers
no? then click on windowed mode in graphics options

best of luck...they both worked for me

oh dont worry it wont really go into windowed mode it just stops the crashing

I have experienced system freezing, first the sound glitched then the graphics freeze, only recovery is a hard reboot,

So far i seem to be able to play of an hour or so before crashing, I read on massgate that manually increasing you virtual memory may solve/help the problem but TBH i would hold out for a patch,

Longshot but check this thread out. After changing this I get total stability in games since previously getting 20 minutes gameplay before crashing. Worth a check.
