As i said in the last thread, i was underwealmed by WiC, the graphics were amazing but i doubt they'll translate over to the consoles from the PC very well what with the main boasting point being DX10.

Supreme commander however, now that interests me. It was awesome on the PC, its only downfall was that it was so very CPU hungry, both consoles should be able to eat it alive in that case. The scale of it put any other RTS to shame.

Has it come to this? Where dev time is spent making two versions as similar as possible to keep all the fanbois quiet. Surely their time would be better spent making a better game.

Surely thats how games SHOULD be made though? I dont think its fair on the end user that they should have to buy the game on X amount of formats just to be able to play different parts/sequences of a game.

A perfect example of this would be The Godfather on the 360, PS3 and Wii.

Is it just me that is totally not interested in RTS's on consoles? I NEED a keyboard and mouse to play an RTS, if they included mouse and keyboard support on the PS3 version then I'd be all for it.

Nope, I'm the same. RTS on consoles just make me cringe, I don't want to use a Pad

I'm a little upset that Civilization is coming to 360, I'd much rather see a nice next gen version hit the PC. Fingers crossed it does lol.
