** World of Warcraft : Shadowlands **

I have to admit im bored the last few days.
Two weeks of mythics done, fun enough but since ve no interest in raiding these days there just isnt enough to keep me playing.
Levelled one alt to 60 and another to 53 hoping that would kep me interested.
Torghast is gimicky and a real disappointment.
I wont be resubbing.

Seems to be a few people returning to classic (at least if my classic guild is anything to go by) who feel the same way. Or they just really want to raid Naxxramas..

Loving the new raid, aesthetics, mechanics all on point. Super casual 2 nights a week guild, cleared normal in first week and 2/10 HC. Gearing up is slower, but feels more rewarding as a result I think. Overall, plenty to do now M+, raids, PVP all out alongside daily Maw stuff and Torghast.

I'm still having fun although being guildless is making it tougher to raid. I've spent hours finding groups only to wipe on the first or second boss for hours. Every time I log on I say I'm going to find a guild but then get distracted. Haha.

Anyone on Draenor Horde in a decent casual guild?

I bought Shadowlands last week and have been enjoying getting back into the game. I haven't really played all that much since the game was first released but I have enjoyed the questing so far. What I really want to do is end up playing mythic dungeons and doing raids. I could use a character level boost but I'm worried that'll mean I won't learn to play my character properly as I'll have skipped all the learning as you level.

You can only boost to 50, you can then spend the next 10 levels learning your character, have a look at WoW Head and Icey Veins guides for your relevant spec that should give you an idea on your rotations and what not.

What server are you on? Alliance or Horde? Your class?

Just enjoy going through the levelling, it's a lot faster than it used to be. I started a fire mage on Saturday and lvl 15 already and I'm a pretty casual player. I could have boosted but I like to experience the story and quests, especially when it's a class/race I've never played before. Seems like everyone just wants to get to the end game nowadays.

If you already have a character at lvl 50 you can use Chromie Time and pick which area to level in, Wowhead has all the info.

I'm on Defias Brotherhood and am an Undead Priest. I'll look into a boost in that case although I have to say I've enjoyed reading the quest stories so far.

Yeah, the story is great. I like the humour in it as well. It makes it much more entertaining.

I finally lost interest in Shadowlands last week. My group were 8/10 HC and I just basically said to them that I wasn't interested in getting curve, which I felt pretty bad about.

It was the 9.0.5 patch that finally broke it for me. I hate mythic+ with a passion, it brings out the worst in the community and I would rather have a prostate exam with a hot poker than to keep speedrunning all of Blizzard's dull dungeons. Yet the system gets buffed so that rather than bothering to clear the last two bosses I can just farm valor for better loot.

Retail has lost all it's structure and it's just become a mess at this point, and Ion's team have absolutely no idea what they're doing with regards to progression and have just resorted to guessing and hoping that something works. Either that or they're punishing the community for daring to tell them to shove their RNG gear.

I might give TBC a look.
