Im up for either the Horde or Alliance. And Greenboi i was in the same boat as you when i first played. Its really easy to get into and the tutorials+experienced players help really does get you into the game :)
 
I've a few alliance characters on Emerald dream, my main being Foulmane a 70 'lock, and should have Bunnykins (name created for maximum annoyance value) my female gnome warrior hit 70 at the weekend.
 
Ive been on the trail now for 8 days, runs out on friday! im still a nub though, but ive managed to get my NE Rogue to 12, and my GF got her NE druid to 13 too :)

I just dont know the main way the game works etc, the last MMO i played like this was FFXI, and theyre totaly different.

If you guys get on a server now, let me know which and ill start a char with you all :)
 
You just run around questing from area to area and before you know it, you're 70 :D

If you need a hand, add me on Xfire or MSN and i'll try help you :)
 
I'm on good ol' neptulon again, levelening my new 61 shaman, after transfering my rogue to a pve server and wishing i hadn't now.
 
I'd definitely join you guys on any server if there was a bug restart, must be PVP though! Not too fussed whether Horde or Alliance :p
 
Cant say i'd ever play on a PVP server again.

Lot of people think it's noble dropping what you're doing to kill some nearby Alliance. There's also a rumour that people from PVP servers are better at PVP. But the only thing I got out of playing on a PVP server is irritation. Some moronic level 70 in lowbie area's one shotting you whenever you pull a quest mob, or just after you've cleared your way in through that huge group of mobs to the Quest Object you need to pick up.

Can't really see anything fun about it! Except when you ARE level 70 already. Also Queuing outside Molten Core and BWL was quite amusing. So many people Mind Controlled into the lava.
 
Well have to say i would be up for an OCUK guild.

Prefer PvE though, used to play on a PvP server with Jokester a long time back, but just got fed up with being ganked. As said above really.

You can go pvp any time, in bg and such, but when questing or grinding the last thing i want is to be ganked just after taking out a mob, or while fighting some npc's.

Anyways Anachronos is a good server with a healthy economy. Alliance side is stronger, but quite happy to roll on the horde :D

Can we get a thread started and a poll on what server and such to roll on?
 
I'd take part in an OcUK guild on a PVP or PVE server (though I am utterly useless at PVP) and would prefer Horde since my mains are all Alliance.

I wouldn't have time for hardcore but I reckon most of us are in the same boat.

It would be nice to start from scratch again and with you guys.

So do we want to start a poll on a server? And maybe set a date for startup?

Id rather PvE, cant be bothered getting killed by randoms all the time when trying to level as it will delay the process as i dont have LOADS of time to play as it is
 
Seems the overall consensus is for PvE, perhaps we should poll that first then select a shortlist of servers based on the result?
 
I'm not too fussed if everyone else would rather roll PvE. (It might just take some getting used to :p)

Poll for a vote on which server would be good!
