Pleased Bingham made it to the final, but I thought he had blown it with that bizarre red choice (in frame 31?), when he hit the pink (as he was always going to do) before the red.

Glad we have the final to watch over the next two days, because the weather outside is due to be **** once again over a bank holiday weekend!

I like Trump but wanted Bingham to win. I missed most of the last session watching the cricket but I saw the last 2 frames. Trump will win it many times but I would love to see Bingham win the tournament.

The plant in the final frame was absolutely special. Not only did he get the shot in but he played it so the white would be in a safe place if it didn't go in. Awesome to watch.

If you play a foul and on your opponent's next shot they are unable to hit both sides of the ball 'on" they can nominate another ball to replace the ball they should be trying to play. If there are reds left the nominated free ball becomes an extra red and they can play a colour after potting it, but if there are no reds left then after potting the free ball the colours continue in order.

I thought it was a free ball if you couldn't hit both sides of the red yet there was no hope Bingham could've hit the right hand side of the red that was touching the black.

I saw him win the Masters and he was simply unstoppable, looks like he's in that mode again. Was there for the final session and he just slapped 'em in, in no time.

Yeah, Murphy is massively talented. I know it sounds a crazy thing to say about a player who has achieved the triple crown, but I genuinely feel he has underachieved since his world champ win.

He has had a lot of issues off the table in his past which have sorely affected him on it, but since he got engaged and settled down, his game has come on an absolute bundle, and I can see him winning a lot more titles from here.
