World War II Movie 'Fury' by David Ayer starring Brad Pitt

What is that sound effect at 1:25 in the trailer? I hear it a lot in movies.

I dunno but I've heard it before in the original PC version of Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri

http://youtu.be/pbdXcgXxxl4?t=36m25s for a speeded up version...

If i can be arsed ill search some more info on it.

The film Looks good, yeah it will probably be Yankified but its usually always nice to see WW2 Stuff especially tanks !!!!

One to look forward to at least!

Shia LaBeouf's No, no, no, no, no, no! with Brad Pitt's "Bonjourno"
What a combo :p

That sound effect is also in the Stallone version of Judge Dredd when there is a gas explosion. I have only seen the film once at the cinema but I will never forget hearing it and instantly thinking of DooM2.

Theres a big sound effects library that appeared around 1992-94? that is still drawn from today for a lot of movies and games, annoyingly forgotten the name of it though I've got a (legal) copy of the CDs still somewhere from something I worked on. Hence why you hear the same effects or stuff based on them often even in new releases today.

EDIT: Finally found out the "name" for that scream from starcraft and other movies otherwise known as the Howie Scream http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Howie_scream looks like the sound library I have in mind was something originally produced by soundelux.

A load of "mom and apple pie" nonsense, Shia La-berk, Brad Pitt... oh and Brad Pitt's character is called Wardaddy.

Anybody with an ounce of self respect will be cheering on the Nazi's. :D

First time i heard it is the imps fireballs in Doom

Please no derogatory references to our forces, Americans. It seems to happen in every film; we either don't appear, or appear awful.
You have to remember that the American's won the war, our little country didn't do anything :o

Shia LaBeouf....great. Does he run around in this shouting "nononononono" like every other movie he's ever been in?

David Ayer is a phenomenal director, I'm very excited for this!

End of Watch, Training Day and Harsh Times are superb

I was going to say this, fantastic director and those films are well up there in my book, Harsh Times was fantastic, Christian Bale is such a great actor and pulls off many rolls.
