There is no such thing as a singular sexiest woman ever, we all know this. It just a list to put celebs in order of how popular they are.
Kate Upton, incredible, but Mila Kunis is incredible too, yet they look completely different. If you had them both standing there offering themselves to you, I think my head would explode from the choice alone.

On a side note, having seen that vid, she has lost a lot of weight. She used to have some big hips. He waist has shrunk quite a bit, as have her boobs.

Huh? She doesn't have a waist, nor hips. She's pretty much straight up and down.
 
Tulisa is neither attractive interms of physical beauty nor personality. She's pretty vapid from what I can tell (though of course I don't know her personally). This is obviously just some petty political choice.

Kate Upton gets my vote, on the other hand :p

the original point is not that they aren't famous, its that some aren't attractive enough to be on the list, no matter how famous they are.
some are genuinely attractive, some are clearly not.
