Worms: Reloaded!

Worms 2 was the best imo. Loved that game. Hopefully this will be available on my press account so I can save £16 :D

Intergrated or not, £16 is still a lot of money for what it is.

Not really, I lost count of the number of hours I've played in WA, and this is going to be all that plus more, and the Steam integration so a better multiplayer community.

Bit pricey and i duno looks and plays weird to Armageddon to me. Also HD but only requires a gf4? So no dx 10 gfx i presume. :(

Also hope u can set to 1080p cos i hate the normal res in them games its way too zoomed in for shopper mode as we need to see most of the map without much scrolling to plan where we are going etc.

£16 is a lot for this :( Prob end up getting it if others I play with get it though. Thought it would be £5-7.50 ish.

Ok, £16.19 isn't cheap, but like many have stated you are getting a game that is integrated into Steam. Dare I ask who here has tried to play any of the 2D worms games online? Cause it's a right hassle. And to be honest, I bought Worms Armegeddon and World Party when they were only £5 in the Sold-Out series, so I feel this installment deserves a few more pennies.

For me, it means I can play a couple of mates online who are not keen PC game players but enjoy playing Worms round my place, cause we only get to do that when we're all back from uni.

So I can see both sides of the arguement, yer it would be nice if it was say a tenner, but it looks like it's selling ok and come the Christmas Steam sales you'll all have a copy of this :p

I reckon that £16 is cheap considering how many hours I will most likely get out of this game. I'm sure it will last longer than many of the AAA titles I have paid through the nose for.

Couldnt care less about steam, i like to host games myself and usually only play with snowdog from these forums.

When its about 5er i will pick it up then. It might be awhile but hopefully the schemes like shopper will be sorted out for this new game and sound packs i like my southpark voices and simpsons too. And i hope they do have the png ability as i make my own maps or use maps from WA into this new game.

Used to love worms, can't remember which version I played, used to take turns on the PC hah. I never did like a lot of the remakes though, I found they added a lot of weapons that was pretty lame so went off it.

Any demos out for this?, might check it out for when using the laptop, but sure as hell ain't paying that much for worms game 0_0

You're damn right there!

Will probably spend hours on it. It's the only game that my girlfriend even remotely entertains aswell!

Yeah, but I bought WA for £5 7 years a go, I personally don't feel like buying the same game again just with slightly updated and easier online play, when I never played online play on the originals.

£10 or under, I'll consider, not £16. Thats approaching a proper game price, not an amusing 'side game'.

I love worms but am slightly disappointed that Steam feel the need to charge £16 for it. This won't be a drop in the ocean from the amount of entertainment it can bring, but still it seems a little pricey.

I will no doubt get it though :)
