I loved working at Asda because of my friends, most of the customers, and the job was easy. But some of the managers were horrible.
I had to have an emergency operation when I was 16 and thus was signed off for several weeks. Upon my return, I was called into a room and was told I'd taken too many days off and I was probably going to lose my job. What?!
"Luckily", I was allowed to stay. Meeting the third new store manager within two years was lovely. He introduced himself by coming to up me, screaming about stock replenishment. He then proceeded to ignore everything I said I'd been told to do. Shouted at me again. Then he walked off. I was there for another six months before uni and I didn't see him once, despite sometimes working full time hours.
