Worth an upgrade?

Hard to believe, but my build is over 2 years old now and while she runs all the new games perfectly fine, abit not on the highest settings, I was wondering if it's worth a small upgrade?

Here's my specs.

Intel Core i7 930 2.80GHz (Bloomfield) (Socket LGA1366)
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 460 OC 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Asus P6X58D-E Intel X58 (Socket 1366) DDR3 Motherboard
Corsair XMS3 6GB (3x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Triple Channel
Antec 902 Nine Hundred Two (V3) Ultimate Gaming Case
Sapphire Pure 625W Modular Power Supply
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache

I'm only looking to spend about £100, but I can probably stretch to £150 if it's REALLY worth it.

Tempted by the video card, especially since it has FC3 with it :p
But it comes down to the age old question, shall I do it now, or wait 6 months and get a better card. Though I know my old card would make a nice christmas present for my lil cousin who has been banging on to his parents about me upgrading his machine.

Quick question, I've not done an upgrade for many years, usually hold off till I make a new build. How easy is it to change video cards on Windows 7. Before I used to format my machine so that there was no problems with drivers.

Also, are there any clear benefits between Nvidia and Radeon?
 
If you have windows 7 just uninstall old drivers
Plug in the new card and install drivers
You get free games with AMD and if you like the games it is the best deal
Beside AMD is waking up with good drivers
