Worth getting a full diagnostics check on used car?

Hi all

I passed my test about 3-4 weeks ago and picked up my first car on Thursday from Evan Halshaw. It's a 2006 model Vauxhall Astra 1.6i 16V SXi 3dr with 61,000 miles on the clock. As the car came with a 30 day guarantee, I'm wondering, should I take it to Vauxhall for a full diagnostics test? If there are any problems with the car, Evan Halshaw should fix them.

I'm going to have to take it back to Evan Halshaw as:
The passenger side window doesn't open and close properly and rattles when the door is shut.
The handbrake only holds the car if I pull it up as far as it can go.
The trip computer needs resetting (it needs a tech2 program I believe it's called)

Is it worth paying Vauxhall £100-£200 just to double check there's nothing else wrong with the car?

Cheers

Id rather get the AA or the RAC to check it. Better that than some muppet just plugging it into a fault code reader and charging you a fortune for it.
