Worth Upgrading HDD?

I'm just ordering the parts for a new build and wondered if I should replace my old HDD or just swap it into the new pc which will be based around a 2500K on a Asus P8P67 pro Mobo.

In the new build I will be using an SSD for the OS and a WD Caviar Green 1TB as a media drive just to stream to my 360.

The hard drive I'm wondering wether to replace is an old Samsung Spinpoint F1 which has been well used for the last 2 years. I use my machine mainly for gaming so would I see any benefit from replacing it?

I would get one of these and keep the F1 as a spare or stick it in an enclosure. The F4 is a great drive and very quick.

I have just bought 2 x Samsung F1 500gb for 18 quid each and I run them in Raid0 for my steam folder.

I'm getting just under SSD speeds at 180 mb/s

The F1 is still a great drive
