Worth upgrading or just start from scratch?

Guys, I'm not sure whether to upgrade this system (see sig) or just buy a new one?

I want to keep the hard drive, screen, PSU, mouse, keyboard and also have a copy of Windows 7 64bit ready to go.

Mainly used for MMO gaming. Budget is £500, inc case and dvd. I'm not heavily into overclocking but will do a little if it's easily done!

Suggestions for upgrades or complete systems most welcome....

upgrade the cpu,mb and ram.. maybe even have enough left for a new video card.

This is the same parts I bought(except the gpu) and I couldn't be more happier with them.

Still have some money left over. I suggest getting a new psu as well.
