Worth upgrading to 8800gt?

For now I say spent £70 on a graphics card, and you will have enough left for more ram or a faster cpu.

not sure if that is the ram that would fit your mobo, perhaps it may run faster ones. The mobo you said shows up as an SLI board on google. If your mb supports faster ram then this would be better:
