Small patch of rust bubble below window, is this something a smart repairer could fix and any idea how much it would cost?
Would a smart smart repairer be able to sort this?

Well the windows are the old pop out style ones so easy to remove, What would be the best course of treatment? I can remove the window my self, i've never done bodywork before but i'm sure sanding it down to bare metal can't be too difficult. what would need to be done after that?

Yeah its a GT Turbo,
Any idea roughly how much it would cost assuming i remove the window for them and maybe sand it down too.
