Would like some help with my i7 build

I am planning to purchase my new pc within the next week or two. I will primarily be using this system for gaming and watching films and will more than likely be using it for programming as well. My budget is around £1300 - £1400. I have decided to get something like this.

However I do not know if the PC-P50R can fit a 5970. I have read in the Graphics Cards forum that it can fit whilst going into the HDD bays but I am hoping somebody can confirm this. I do not really want to mess around with bays as this will be my first time building a pc. I will be happy if the card will just hang into the bay but if I need to do any cutting or removing I will more than likely get the HAF 932.

I was also wondering if the Asus P6T SE is better than the UD3R as the offer will have expired by the time I would have ordered.

Also if anybody can find any way to improve this build I would be most appreciative.

Go for this RAM, same price (more or less) but higher bandwidth which will help with OC and lower cas too
You'll want an aftermarket cooler for your CPU
I'd stick with the gigabyte but thats just personal prefernce, theyre about the same

Thanks. I will order that RAM instead. I was thinking of purchasing a Coolermaster V8 or the Titan Fenrir (if I go over budget).
