Would my cpu bottleneck 2x4890.?

I'd say it depends on the game's support for quad core. The most obvious supporters of quad core are Valve's games, Supreme Commander, Company of Heroes. And they should run fine on your system.

Until a new, ultra-demanding game comes out that uses quad core, you'll be rocking with that setup :)
 
Depends on the res, I'd say at 1680x1050 and over you are ok at 4ghz. Any bottleneck should be minor.
