Get your CV circulating and have a few interviews and once you've got an offer tell them your leaving because of her bullying you.

She's singling you out and pulling up historical matters, surely that's harassment?

I'd have a mature voice conversation with her and explain that you realise retrospectively that you have unwittingly criticised her work and that you didn't mean and offence by it. Gauging the response I'd then follow that up with a cordial email to round it off "thank you for accepting that I made an unintentional mistake, etc". However, if she responds badly during your conversation, I'd cut comms and report to HR for harassment.
