I have got a Belinea 2225S1W 22" widescreen monitor and im running it on just a standard VGA cable, but ive also got a Belkin cable, which is gold plated, would the Belkin cable improve the image quality of the screen?

Thanks in advance, Ben

Highly doubtful.

2 Things:

Firstly, is the image quality that bad?

Secondly, is it difficult to swap over and see?

Image quality is great just wondering if it would make a difference thats all, i might swap it over to see:)

Tried it and i cant see a change at all :( What are the advantages of having a gold plated cable then because I cant see any better quality

Thanks, Ben

might make a difference if the standard cable was crap. Maybe also if you were using a longer cable, or had devices near causing interference. In average use, you don't need it, the cables provided are more than adequate :)
