Would this PC overclock?

A mate is interested in overclocking his Dell Dimension 5000. The BIOS shows the memory and processor clocks but I can't change them

I've tryed using ClockGen but to no avail. Does anyone know of a BIOS revision floating about that would let him overclock it?

Dell... nope, unless it's an XPS system the BIOS is generally locked completely apart from boot order, USB etc.
