What always amazes me about fat people is - at no point did they look in the mirror and think "right, enough's enough, I'm going down the gym". Now in this case the face would still remain eye-bleedingly ugly, but at least the image of an over-fed fog beast would be gone.

In all seriousness though it's most likely a fake (on account of it being everywhere). However.. Someone somewhere is married to her, and I'm sure they see past the physical . Hope they have a very happy future.
