i sold my wow account to a online place that deals in buying and selling accounts, if i wanted to start playing again can i just purchase a new cd code and use the disc's that i already have, i still have the original disc's i didn't give them the cd codes of the disc's either.

Pretty sure that the CD key is tied to the account you made, its not connected to the actual installation of WoW on your PC.
So you could install the game from your old discs with no cd key needed, but you'd need a cd key to create a new game account.

if you still have the keycode and they dont you can get your old account back
i do still have the cd key ,they didn't ask me for that which i thought was a bit strange, still they bought it fair and square so i wouldn't go down that route anyway.
i was just looking at the cheapest way to play for a couple of months till age of conan comes out that was why i was gonna use my old disc's and maybe buy a cd code, but it's just as cheap to buy the game again.

Grrr, guess i need to log on to the account to find out all the details of the main char. Do they pay more for an account with more than one high lvl char? What is a decent price anyway. email in trust if not allowed on forum.
