Ha ha me too - used them for the first time this morning to collect a big box from the US to home. UPS - $700 parcel hero (using UPS) $200. Obviously still got the lottery of how much the taxman is going to get.

Bit of a hiccup - I booked the collection for between 1pm and 6pm. They turned up at 10am when no one was in. When called they said they don't collect in that area in the afternoon. So the box got taken to a DHL collection point (the courier PH contracted it out to) and it got collected from there - so arrived here a day late.

Perfectly reasonable explanation for this, they suspend the parcel in the air and then let the earth spin below it, that's how it got to you the next day.
