WoW Question: Horde faction rep

I have a lvl 50 Blood Elf Rogue, I'm taking a break for lvling and working on my different faction reputation, for nothing other then the fun of having a variety of mounts :p

So far I'm exhalted with Orgrimmar and Undercity, I have Hawkstrider, wolf and undead horse mounts. I'm looking through all the different reputation quests for the Tauren and Trolls and I'm seriously wondering if there's enough quests out there for me to reach Exhalted.

I think there is enough for the Tauren, I'm already Revered and about 4000/21000 towards exhalted, I think there's enough quests in Mulgore/Barrens/Stonetalon that I've missed to reach my target.
But I'm really stumped regarding the Trolls, I'm revered and about 10000/21000 towards exhalted, but I've already run all the quests in Durotar/barrens since nearly all of them give Orc/Troll rep. I've looked through WoW head and there doesn't seem to be a large concentraion of troll quests anyway.
I'm sure I've missed a few in STV and Stonetalon, but I seriously doubt it's enough to get me exhalted.

Is anybody out who was exhalted around my sort of lvl, I'd just like to know if it's possible instead of wasting my time.
 
Sounds stupid, but there's always the farming and handing in of copious amounts of cloth.
 
Cloth handins were introduced for just this reason iirc. I'm surprised you've managed to get exalted with some factions just through questing as it is. I always thought there was diminishing return on rep gain if you do low level quests with a high level character.
 
Well yes, but thinking about it, you may well struggle to get enough Troll rep at your level.

I think you're going to have to farm at least some cloth, I can't think of too many Troll quest hubs off the top of my head though. Tried Hinterlands? Desolace? Both Troll bases IIRC. :)

It's the EXP that diminishes, I don't think the REP does. :)

Didn't with me, I was still getting the usual 250-350 for most quests.

They changed it in some patch, when I was leveling a Draenei I managed to get exalted with Stormwind very easily, and like 5k revered with the other factions.

Its only the runecloth one thats repeatable though isn't it and at lvl 50 there aren't many mobs to farm for runecloth - so it would be buy it or farm it with a higher lvl character if you have one .

has the OP done all the really low lvl quests in the troll starting village as they now give full rep still other than that there 200+ quests for the trolls listed on wowhead just start working your way through that .

Also i think if you do all the other low level cloth hand ins in the other capitals you will get spillover rep for the other horde factions inc trolls .

Other than that just keep questing and you will get spillover rep from some quests.

Oddly with my draenai i managed to hit exaulted with darnassus before i hit exaulted with exodar simply because i had done every quest i could find in darkshore/ashenvale - was lvl 50 the same as you so it is possible given luck and lots of quests
 
Well finally did it, with all the spill over from the tauren rep quests and about 30 odd stacks of runecloth.

heh think i'm actually put some effort into lvling know, see if i can actually hit 60 and get into outland rather then hording mounts :p
 
I got exalted with org and the undercity by doing AV handins. Took me a couple of weeks, but only because there weren't many battlegrounds going at the time.
 
It's alterac valley, a pvp battleground, i think it's 60+

I dont think you get rep for bg's anymore though, i could be wrong as i don't pvp much but i thought they scrapped that with the honor change
 
Is there any guides stating best way to get to exalted following quest lines? As when I tried it suffered from reduced rewards, so wasn't worth doing.
 
Couldn't find any guides myself, only thing I used was WoWhead to list all the faction quests.

Orgimmar and Undercity were pretty easy to get, Thunderbluff was slightly more work, Darkspears was the most time consuming, if I hadn't had a ton of rep spillover from all the over quests, it would've been quite expensive to get all the runecloth to make up for it.
