well i have a 60 paladin that i want to play and i need to transfer it to a good pve server.

Best PvE server is probably Silvermoon, pretty crowded though and the Alliance waiting times for their battlegroup weren't that great last time I looked (only if you care about PvP).

I was originally going to join the Outland server but it is to populated and most regular players are level 70/raid etc.
