got the nintendo mag yesterday the one with the dvd . some of the games comming out look awsome ( red steel ) and that controller looks very interesting . I dont think it will be a gimmick I think it will help the wii to sell a shed load .

Yeah magazines are normally a bit late. The latest 360 world was full of E3 news.

I seriously reckon nintendo have done it this time. I was a bit suspicious at first of the Wii before any proper news about it came out. The only thing that has probably been keeping nintendo alive lately is the DS , which does kick ass. I think the Wii is going to sell extremely well , cheap and innovative. Hopefully it will kick the PS3s arse as thats just boring and too dam expensive. 360 is pretty cool but basically the same as a PS3. The Wii just brings something new to the table and im sure the games will be most excellent

Does anyone have any links to good quality full versions of the e3 press conferences? I dont frequent any gaming sites so havent looked, and have only seen little bits of them. Wouldnt mind burning them to DVD and watching them properly.

Yes I know, ANOTHER site with MORE pictures, but this one 'claims' to have the very latest Wiimote at the bottom.

Differences to the one shown at E3 include:

The + and - buttons have returned to their original "Return" and "Pause" icons
The "Wii" logo at the bottom has disappeared,
The wrist-strap looks a bit 'nicer'.

Hope you can turn the damn thing off! My monitor lets me turn off the LED and it's a godsend.
