What exactly do you mean by new servers? Recently created in the last few months or something else? Thought there was usually a list or at least an announcement on the official site somewhere.
 
Patch 2.3 improved levelling 20-60 a lot (30%+) so there's a ton more incentive to play now, doubt a new server will have any more lowbies than an already established full server really.
 
Yea but the server I am on now, is full of 70s and where I am now is very dead. I don't see anyone :(
 
I was told yesterday that the XP needed for leveling has improved or somthing along those lines? I have not played WoW for a few months now. I sort of gave up on it as I never had time to play it. My mates are all 70 and my main is 55. I lagged behind a little.

This new patch. What is in it? Whats this Xp change they have made.
