Can tell you live in chester area tho OP, since you used the word Dire!! All my mates from that area tend to say it a lot at the moment :D

Used to live in Chester a few years ago, and lived in Buckley and Mold too.

If you don't get any help send me an email (in trust). I'm sure I can find the time to come and have a look, I go down to Chester/Hawarden most weekends.

My intention is not to be a person's first choice for this; they would ideally want someone with plenty of experience. I'm just offering my limited knowledge and experience because it's entirely possible that nobody else will be available to help :p
 
I was in wrexham a couple of weeks ago for a week with work, I could have overclocked my stock q6600 with you both lol.

If this turns into murder by either party least it's well documented.
