Every now and again, after a workout my wrists hurt, not every time and not even every week. Last night I was doing biceps/back and they are hurting and clicking (more than usual). Is there any decent supports or dont they work. If now an exersise maybe? I think My technique is spot on for most things (he says) so dont think its that.
