write back caching

i have two f3 1tb drives in raid0. What benefit if any would enabling write bach caching give me?
I'll post up my benchmarks later but its not as quick as i thought it would be.
Spec mobo gb 790xta,amd555be,8gb ddr3

hdd performance will be quicker but there is a risk of lossing data if there is apower faliure, more so if you are running raid 0
