writer's block

bit big headed of me, to assume I am a writer, but anyone found ways of getting over writer's block? I put it down to the fact I am kind of happy in my life (women ect.) anyone else write and know of any ways of finding inspiration?

Thanks for all the advise and criticism, im not educated in English to any standard, but have pumped out a few poems after digging a hole in my garden and drinking some red wine, the block has faded and have a few new fans of my work, Thanks again.
