Writing a journal

I am thinking about writing a journal to record my thoughts. Pen and paper is out because my writing sucks.

Any heads up on the best journal software out there? Anyone here write a journal?

I use word all the time for mine, only show to people who I want to read it

Winjournal, iDailyDiary or wikiPad might be what you are looking for assuming you are using Windows. If you are Mac based Journler kicks ass!

There's a certain ineffable quality to writing by hand that can't be replicated by a computer, IMO. Gimme a Moleskine every time

If you're looking for web based, wordpress is just about the best software for that kind of thing.

to keep it private, just go to setting and lock it. allowing only to the people whom you want them to read. im using blogger and it's so easy and good.

I've been using Alpha Journal Pro for years.
