Hmm, sorry, I could be wrong there - Rebooted my X570 Tomahawk to check, and it showed 3600 in my current (manual settings) profile AND when I switched to XMP.
I'm really perplexed; I just built this system this evening and everything in the bios is the default settings. I seen that memory was showing as 2666 and went straight to XMP to correct it, but it's already showing as the correct speed and timings..
You've got the same MB as me but I notice your bios is not up to date, you are on A00 and I am on A30 - suggest updating your BIOS and see if that fixes it.
Just from reading on here so i knew what i needed to do when i set mine up ...cpu-z tells you what your ram requires for different speeds...overclocking ram usually needs extra juice
