Wrong speeds showing in ATI Tool

Should I try to push up the speeds to where I expect them to be?
There is gonna be a jump from 333mhz to 800mhz which is a massive jump, Ive already done the jump from 550mhz to 600mhz with no problems, and have seen an increase of 20fps on the fuzzy cube (from 150fps to 170fps) but havent tried it in a game yet.

im trying to overclock my 9800pro in vista with 7.3 cats, cant seem to find the tab in the control centre nor the service to activate it in system services. i know this gfx card overclocks because iv done so in xp before (running older cats mind you - probably series 5 i think). do i need to find some other program to do this? will older version of cats work in vista? (im thinking not...)

It won't be 333-800, it'll be 333 (666) - 400 (800) you need to increase it to as the mem will be DDR.

With the new replacement graphics card I still get 550 and 333.

@ HeX : according to the specs it should be 600/800 so should I just clock it to 600/400 in ATITool to get the specs speeds?
