I need all your recommendations on WW2 films, im in that mood right now after watching SPR last night for the 1000000th time

So what films are worth a watch?

edit: Band of Brothers is my suggestion, got the box set, it's practically a series of SPR

A lot more in-depth though, but with the same quality and cinematics of the SPR. Think it was the same director?

haha i remember my housemate last year raving on about it all year and then suddenly one night it was on tv and we all sat down and watched it.

never stated good or bad coz if that was the case i would rate saving private ryan as bad coz tbh it trys to relay on the opening scenes to much, and once again the americans win the war by themselfs

just like the film U571 uummm just think though 20 years down the line some kids going to see that film and think it was true :mad:
