You can get Medal of Honor 10th Aniversary edition for like £8 which has Allied Assault, plus two expansions, and Pacific Assault and Airborne. Just finished Airborne the other day, good game, not as good as Allied Assult, but good play through.

I wish they'd make some more WW2 FPS games. People used to moan when it seemed that was all that was being released, but I loved them, and now I want more!

Brothers in arm have good SP and any of the classic ww2 shooters of the last 10years.

Red Orchestra 2 is a very good meaty, deadly, awesome gun game.

If you haven't played the original CoDs/2 then you haven't lived! Red Orchestra 2 is good fun aswell (No running and gunning)

Also MoHaa, where it all started.... The king of WW2 FPS.

Do yourself a favour and don't get Red Orchestra 2, it's a pile of steaming horse manure.

The early Cods, Brothers in Arms, MOHAA, Sniper Elite 2 are all worthy of a look.

For online, the 1st DoD is an absolute classic.

Medal of Honor Airborne has a decent single player campaign Steam

£10 but if you look around I'm sure it can be had for under a £5

Definitely the original Day of Defeat, never understood why they made such a massive balls-up of the Source version

Resistance and Liberation was a great Source mod, although that seems to have died down now.
