As for Benoit, moveset will without a doubt be in the game.
I very seriously doubt he will be though.
There was a report a few weeks back that it may get delayed due to removing all the Benoit references, not just his image and moves as a playable character, but he was also involved in the single player career mode. This was causing the delays as they was having to redo parts that involved him with other characters.

i found it very easy to get into, most moves are easy to pull off
It's not the moves - it's the countering
Only played it once before I got Red Ringed & had difficulty getting a pin without a ropebreak - not sure how to drag someone to the centre of the ring?
Basically with countering you don't press the button just before they do the move, it's more like 1 second before in my experience.
To drag someone when they're on the floor push in the right stick and move it in the direction you want to drag him.
It does get quite a bit of getting used to this new system, but it's much better than before and more challenging. When I first played the career mode in the first match I fought Bigshow and lost, so then it was a handicap match me and someone else vs Bigshow and I still lost lmao
Now I can take on 3 opponents at once on normal mode.
'Accidently' clothes line the ref, go out the ring and grab a chair from under the ring....
I can't even handle the game on hard, it's just too silly. I had to tweak the AI in the options before I could find a good mix of AI I could actually play against.
It requires a great deal of practice, and even though I play it for about 1-2hrs every day since it's release I still find new things/moves every now and again. I'm currently playing career as HHH and have found a new storyline that I've never seen before - fighting Vince McMahon's WWF Legends! I had an epic tag team match against Bam bam Bigelow and Cactus Jack that went on for 43mins

The first match I played was Booker T vs. RVD....
Booker T got his finisher in 11 times yet still failed to get a pin however by this point in the match I couldn't move so it was only a matter of time

I'm sure I read that he was removed immediately. I think it was on WWE.com.
