WYSIWYG html editor

we have an eCommerce shop and totally separate to that I have my own website and domain - can I buy a WYSIWYG editor and install it on my own site so that I can design & play around with it at my leaisure on my own stand-alone WYSIWYG system????

If i understand what you mean, FCKEditor should be right up your street.

Not completely sure what you mean, but check out http://drupal.org/, it's quite good for posting up pages, and then being able to edit/add content to it, through the browser.
