X-FI Elite Pro a worthwhile upgrade from Audigy4 Pro?

Hi all,

As subject says. I do everthing, music/DVDs/games. Will I get much better sound on the X-Fi Elite Pro (speakers in sig) or should I stick with the Audigy4 Pro?

Id probably get the x-fi, as you could probably get a decent price for the audigy 4 pro

It should do but it depends on your speakers i think. I went froman audigy2zs to the xfi and i noticed a difference

I went from an Audigy 2 to an X-Fi and noticed the difference as well.

X-FI Elite Pro has better DAC`s than any of the Audigy cards.

Have used all the Creative range and X-Fi Elite Pro is the best Ive listened to so far. Turn off the DSP effects and gives you very clean sound.

Works fine on P4 Chipsets but however people with nforce chipsets seem to be experiencing problems.

i have a ZS and a XFI music and cant tell the difference is big. Crystalizer is what impressed me in XFI .
